Live online Intro to Sourdough baking course- April 23rd-25th

This live online course will cover the whole process of making a sourdough loaf from Friday night to Sunday morning. It will introduce participants to the principles of making sourdough bread, explaining what a starter is and how to maintain it, kneading and shaping techniques, and the knowledge to bake amazing sourdough loaves in your own home.
You’ll will be sent a bread-making kit, including a dried starter, flour, proving basket, dough scraper and bread bag. Please allow at least 1 week to receive your kit.
Although the course lasts from Friday night to Sunday morning, you mainly need to be at home between approximately 10- 8pm on Saturday.
These are the approximate timings:
Saturday 10am-11am, then every half an hour until around 4pm
Sunday 11 am- 12 pm.
Please note you will need to have an updated version of Zoom to participate and a working microphone and speaker.
